NHS Forms are not showing as they should. When clicking on the form 7 the pop up window shows the page in the background and not the NHS form.

Jobready360 login page isn't displaying school names correctly. When the end user types in a school name such as “Pathful” the word Pathful disappears and clicking on the blank space actually brings up the login page for the school that was being typed in, but the words are gone.

Opportunities Appearing in Platform not associated with my employers nor did I approve

I am seeing opportunities in my platform that I did not approve. I also do not have any employers in my Jobready yet. Why are these appearing?

Work Log Verification Form Shows Incorrect Time Despite Being Corrected

Student forgot to clock out one day so 9/14-9/15 on her work log verification form is showing 23 some hours. They did correct this and the entry appears correct on her calendar and under ‘approve work logs’ but the form is still only pulling the clock in/out times.

Task List

The student summary page, where it shows each individual’s progress for each cert/task list that they need to complete, is not accurately showing the percentage of the task list that they need to complete. (However, when you click on the bottom right summary icon for the individual student, it will show the tasks completed, and then when you go back to the original page, the % complete will be there. ) This is the customer note *

Advisory Board Member Add Screen Defaults to "Linked To Employer Contact"

Even though the setting on the page does not have “Linked to Employer Contact” checked, the new member adding page shows the fields for linking an employer contact when you first open the new member page window.

WBL Type appearing as Project Based After Being Changed to self-Reported

A WBL type was created by the user and changed to self-reported from Project. However, everything still looks like a Project Based WBL type even after refreshing a few times.

Add the ability for students and teachers to be linked to multiple schools

We have students who are linked to their main school but they are also enrolled at another school for a certain program. Currently, teachers at the second school who teach that program are not able to see their students because the student is only linked to one school. Visibility and access to the correct students is very important and we have many instances like this.

"In person signature" not providing form in app

Limestone POC reported "Also attempted another "in-person signature" at a site visit today, but got the "Do you agree to serve as a witness?" pop-up and clicked "YES" and then the pop up just went away. Did not progress to the screen the pulls up the form to complete" This has hppened on more than one occasion. I have not been able to replicate this error in platfrom.

PDF is not loading as Portfolio Best Work image.

When selecting a PDF, the system states that it was a success, but the image does not appear. See below

Deleting a form isn't "sticking" and re-populates as "completed"

Deleting a form works for a moment and shows deleted but after a few minutes the status returns to “completed”.

Teacher WBL Coordinators Appearing for Students in Different Programs

Student submits work log form and there is a CC for WBL Coordinator. Student has a list of options and shouldn’t see most of them because they are teachers in a different program then her.
