We updated our Privacy Policy to include more information about the potential collection and use of Personal Information from children under age 13. This includes a COPPA Direct Notice to School Districts regarding children’s privacy.

We've focused on improving mobile experience, boosting administrative efficiency, and enhancing data accuracy!
Mobile Contact Creation: You can now take a picture of a business card using the mobile app to instantly and accurately populate the form for creating a new employer or an employer contact.
On-the-Go Contact Management: Added the full ability to manage employer contacts directly from the mobile app.
One-Click Role Management: Added a button to manage roles directly from the WBL Project pop-up modal for quicker administrative action.
Smarter WBL Type Creation: If a general WBL type isn't specified during creation or update, our AI now suggests a WBL type based on the name given. This significantly enhances report accuracy.
Expanded Employer Visibility for On-Site Visits: The employer selector for on-site visits now displays all active WBL employers, not just those tied to experiences you currently have access to. This supports staff collaboration for visits.
Expanded Advisory Member Roles: Added "Parent" as an available Advisory Member Representative Type.
Student Photo Display: Students will now see their uploaded photo in the top right corner of the application when logged in.
Post-Graduation Data: Added a field to record the post-graduation email address for students.
Enhanced Communication Records: Introduced a "private note" type for communication records, allowing for sensitive or internal logging.
Mobile App Promotion: Added a link to the login page to market the availability of our mobile app to new and returning users.
We addressed several critical issues to ensure a smoother, more reliable experience.
Student Program Reporting: The student information report now correctly uses the student's active program instead of their most recent historical enrollment, ensuring current data is displayed.
WBL Event Report Fix: Resolved an issue where the WBL Event report was returning no results.
Corrected Contact Creation Date: Fixed the employer contact report to accurately display the contact's created on field, instead of the employer's.
Ethnicity Data Correction: Fixed an issue where all “Caucasian” students were incorrectly being set to “Asian” ethnicity.
Prevent School Deletion: Added an error message to prevent the deletion of a sending school if there are user accounts attached to the record, requiring account deletion first.
Teacher Alert Logic: Teachers who were previously assigned to a student will no longer receive alerts for proposed grades on task lists they no longer maintain. We now validate teacher access to the task list before sending an alert.
Program Selector Fix: When selecting multiple students for a new WBL experience, you can now correctly select the associated program.
Employer Merge Fix: Fixed an issue where not all eligible employers were loading when attempting to merge two employer records.
Clearer Signing Field: Changed the "Type Name" text to "Type Initials" in the SignMyForm workflow to better reflect the required input.
Post-Graduation View: Fixed an issue where pay stubs were not viewable in a student's WBL experience record after they graduated.
Form Selector Logic: Resolved an issue where the form selector for task lists was only showing program teachers, it now correctly includes teachers from SIS enrollments.
Label Field Population: Fixed an issue where names were not populating on labels in a completed form.
Application Submission Guardrail: Fixed an issue where students could submit applications that were not supposed to be started, only if they incorrectly entered a passkey for a different application type.

Guardians: Guardians can now log in to the mobile app to view student statistics.
Work Schedules: Added a "day span" option for creating work schedules in the app.
Image Uploads: Custom questions on Student Applications now accept image files (in addition to PDFs).
Form Signer Filtering: When selecting form signers, the guardian selector is now filtered to show only guardians of the corresponding student.
Pay Stubs: Added a new view to see and approve all pending pay stubs across the organization.
AI Search: The AI search box can now be used to find students.
WBL Events: Updated the text on the Work-Based Learning event "Send Invitations" button to clarify it only sends to new recipients.
Form Builder: Made enhancements to the form builder to prevent fields from being lost due to large payload sizes.
First Signer: The "Send back for revision" button is now correctly hidden when signing a form as the first signer.
New Applications: Fixed an issue where submitting a form on a new student application could result in an invalid request.
CTSO Report: Corrected an issue where the CTSO member report sometimes showed no results.
Active Employers Chart: Fixed the "currently active employers" chart to correctly show employers with end dates in the future.
Student Profile: Fixed a bug where student enrollments were not displaying properly on the student profile.
On-Site Visits: Resolved an issue that prevented On-Site Visit routes from saving correctly to the web app.

Student Self-Reported Hours: We've launched a new Work-Based Learning (WBL) type that empowers students to self-report their hours for experiences like community service and job shadows. This gives students more ownership and simplifies tracking for everyone.

CTE Schedule Field: You can now indicate if a student is a morning, afternoon, or full-day CTE student with a new field on their record.
Improvement: The Explore AI tool is now better tailored for middle schoolers. Instead of specific occupations, it now matches them with broader career pathways to encourage exploration.

AI-Powered Student Goal Tracking A new "Goals" tab is now available in student portfolios. This feature uses AI to guide students in creating effective and attainable goals using the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound) methodology.
New Exploration Profiles Students can now browse detailed profiles for Career Clusters, Career Pathways, and College Majors. This content is automatically tailored to the student's grade level, providing relevant and age-appropriate information for their academic journey.
Redesigned Analytics Dashboard The Dashboard has been completely overhauled into a new, more intuitive Analytics page. We've reorganized the layout for improved usability and added several new metrics. Stay tuned for upcoming AI-powered analytics!
Global AI Search A new AI-powered search bar has been added to the top navigation menu, allowing for quick searches of Colleges, Clusters, Pathways, Occupations, or simply general pages/modules in Jobready360. Future enhancements will expand this search to include students and staff.
New Staff Permission Setting Administrators can now configure staff accounts to view only their specifically assigned students, providing greater control over student data privacy.
Permissions: For enhanced security, teacher and staff accounts no longer have portfolio access by default. The "Portfolio Viewer" role must now be explicitly assigned to grant access.
Performance: Optimized AI-generated images by reducing their file size, resulting in faster page load times.
Printing: The navigation menu is now automatically hidden on all pages when printing, ensuring a clean, content-focused printout.
Forms: Fixed an issue with calculated fields on forms that occurred when the input fields were assigned to different signers.

We've transitioned our AI capabilities from OpenAI ChatGPT to Google Gemini. This strategic move empowers us to integrate cutting-edge AI features with even more robust enterprise-grade security and privacy controls, particularly for handling your data and, where applicable, sensitive student information.
