WBL Type appearing as Project Based After Being Changed to self-Reported
A WBL type was created by the user and changed to self-reported from Project. However, everything still looks like a Project Based WBL type even after refreshing a few times.

Add the ability for students and teachers to be linked to multiple schools
We have students who are linked to their main school but they are also enrolled at another school for a certain program. Currently, teachers at the second school who teach that program are not able to see their students because the student is only linked to one school. Visibility and access to the correct students is very important and we have many instances like this.

"In person signature" not providing form in app
Limestone POC reported "Also attempted another "in-person signature" at a site visit today, but got the "Do you agree to serve as a witness?" pop-up and clicked "YES" and then the pop up just went away. Did not progress to the screen the pulls up the form to complete" This has hppened on more than one occasion. I have not been able to replicate this error in platfrom.

Portfolio Started Vs Not Started Showing Graduated Students Numbers
Looking at the graph that shows who has started a portfolio and who hasn’t started one shows a higher number then what the actual data shows due to it not filtering out graduated students.

Make Graphs Clickable
Under analytics the different graphs show you numbers like x many not started x many started a profile. Can we make those graphs clickable so we can see which students the information relates to? This is helpful in any area as the information can then be related to a specific student in instances where a teacher needs to reach out to them etc.

Remove Red Triangle for Site Visits Before First One is Entered
When we create an experience and have the WBL type set to require on site visits every 60 days, we would like the red triangle under On site visits to not appear immediately. We would like this to show not required or a green check mark immediately and then have it change to ‘needs attention’ closer to the 60 days. This way coordinators/teachers know that is a new experience and the first visit isn’t due to be entered for 60 days. Right now the red triangle makes it seem like we immediately need to enter a visit.

Deleting a form isn't "sticking" and re-populates as "completed"
Deleting a form works for a moment and shows deleted but after a few minutes the status returns to “completed”.

Reporting - add a CTE and Non-CTE version of the Indiana INTERS data export (Work-Based Learning Export report)
There are two templates for INTERS reporting for the 2026-2027 school year. While they are very similar, they are also different as one is for CTE students the other is Non-CTE. Could we modify the existing report to have these 2 templates built so that when it comes time to report to the state, we can simply click "download" and have what we need? This will reduce user error tremendously if we could just download exactly what we need to upload to INTERS.

Admin created a site visit for a WBL Experience and is able to view it as long as no program is selected at the top of the screen. When filtering by the program the site visits disappear.
