On the Analytics page, in this particular example it is showing two teachers in the same program, one being active and one being stagnant. If you select the program that both teachers are assigned to in the program selector at the top of the screen, and then check the chart, only the Active teacher is shown; the Stagnant teacher is not included.

When the settings-state-school-tasklists setting is set to Unaligned and you generate a POS Task List PDF for a student, it is showing all of the State tasks first, which is correct, and then showing all of the School tasks again, despite them being aligned with the state task list. It should only be appending tasks from the school task list that are not aligned to the state task list.

Currently students use the clock in/out feature. If it’s incorrect, the admin will edit the start and end times. When the admin submits the work log for approval to the employer, it shows the correct edited times as well as the incorrect clock out times. Can this be changed? With it being an official, signed form it is confusing for those reviewing and officially signing the form.

There was confusion about what file types can be uploaded and what needs to be uploaded as a picture vs a PDF. I uploaded a PDF under Images but the image it displays on the public view is very tiny. I was told to upload PDFs under Attachments which is under a slightly different area than Images is. It’s confusing and could be more user-friendly.

Currently, when an AI scores an application, it just adds a standard scoring record. This allows users to edit it, make changes, and save like any normal scoring record. The problem here lies in the fact that even if a user manually makes changes, saving an AI scoring record prompts AI to just score the application again. This is not clear to users and causes confusion. We should instead handle this like so: Allow users to edit the AI proposed score. If the user changes a value, they should then be credited as the scorer. Allow the user to re-run AI scoring for an application. If there is an active AI Scoring record, the AI score should be recalculated whenever a rubric item marked to be AI scored is modified.

When signing in, applicants are prompted to accept our terms and conditions, which is correct. The problem is that it’s on our standard view, which results in an error since applicants have very limited access. We should create a separate terms & conditions view for applicants.
