Mobile Contact Creation: You can now take a picture of a business card using the mobile app to instantly and accurately populate the form for creating a new employer or an employer contact.
On-the-Go Contact Management: Added the full ability to manage employer contacts directly from the mobile app.
One-Click Role Management: Added a button to manage roles directly from the WBL Project pop-up modal for quicker administrative action.
Smarter WBL Type Creation: If a general WBL type isn't specified during creation or update, our AI now suggests a WBL type based on the name given. This significantly enhances report accuracy.
Expanded Employer Visibility for On-Site Visits: The employer selector for on-site visits now displays all active WBL employers, not just those tied to experiences you currently have access to. This supports staff collaboration for visits.
Expanded Advisory Member Roles: Added "Parent" as an available Advisory Member Representative Type.
Student Photo Display: Students will now see their uploaded photo in the top right corner of the application when logged in.
Post-Graduation Data: Added a field to record the post-graduation email address for students.
Enhanced Communication Records: Introduced a "private note" type for communication records, allowing for sensitive or internal logging.
Mobile App Promotion: Added a link to the login page to market the availability of our mobile app to new and returning users.
We addressed several critical issues to ensure a smoother, more reliable experience.
Student Program Reporting: The student information report now correctly uses the student's active program instead of their most recent historical enrollment, ensuring current data is displayed.
WBL Event Report Fix: Resolved an issue where the WBL Event report was returning no results.
Corrected Contact Creation Date: Fixed the employer contact report to accurately display the contact's created on field, instead of the employer's.
Ethnicity Data Correction: Fixed an issue where all “Caucasian” students were incorrectly being set to “Asian” ethnicity.
Prevent School Deletion: Added an error message to prevent the deletion of a sending school if there are user accounts attached to the record, requiring account deletion first.
Teacher Alert Logic: Teachers who were previously assigned to a student will no longer receive alerts for proposed grades on task lists they no longer maintain. We now validate teacher access to the task list before sending an alert.
Program Selector Fix: When selecting multiple students for a new WBL experience, you can now correctly select the associated program.
Employer Merge Fix: Fixed an issue where not all eligible employers were loading when attempting to merge two employer records.
Clearer Signing Field: Changed the "Type Name" text to "Type Initials" in the SignMyForm workflow to better reflect the required input.
Post-Graduation View: Fixed an issue where pay stubs were not viewable in a student's WBL experience record after they graduated.
Form Selector Logic: Resolved an issue where the form selector for task lists was only showing program teachers, it now correctly includes teachers from SIS enrollments.
Label Field Population: Fixed an issue where names were not populating on labels in a completed form.
Application Submission Guardrail: Fixed an issue where students could submit applications that were not supposed to be started, only if they incorrectly entered a passkey for a different application type.
