Streamlined Work Log Approvals: Coordinators can now directly approve or reject work logs, even when a student is required to submit a signature page. This removes a bottleneck and speeds up the approval process.
Automatic Time Rounding for Work Logs: To simplify payroll and reporting, student clock-in and clock-out times are now automatically rounded to the nearest quarter-hour (e.g., 8:07 AM becomes 8:00 AM, 8:08 AM becomes 8:15 AM).
WBL Forms on Mobile: Students can now view their completed WBL forms directly from the mobile app, making it easier to track their progress on the go.
Flexible WBL Section Assignment: When assigning a course section to a WBL experience, you now have two options: 1) Create individual experiences for every student, or 2) Attach the section for reporting purposes without creating individual experiences.
Improved Career Plan Approval Speed: We've optimized the career plan approval process, resulting in a faster and more responsive experience for coordinators.
Persistent Eligibility Forms: The "Eligibility" tab and its forms will now remain visible after a student is marked as eligible, ensuring they can still access and complete any remaining documents.
Searchable Activity Types: The "Activity Type" dropdown list within the career plan is now searchable, making it much faster to find the specific type you need.
Student Portfolio Quick Link: A convenient "Build Portfolio" link has been added for students to encourage and simplify portfolio creation.
Enhanced Document Scoping: You can now designate employer documents as either Employer-Wide (accessible to all contacts) or Contact-Specific. WBL statuses have been updated to reflect this new flexibility.
New Document Status Reports: We've added two new reports to easily track the status of all required and submitted documents for both Employers and Students.
