"Also attempted another "in-person signature" at a site visit today, but got the "Do you agree to serve as a witness?" pop-up and clicked "YES" and then the pop up just went away. Did not progress to the screen the pulls up the form to complete"
This has hppened on more than one occasion. I have not been able to replicate this error in platfrom.
