WBL Eligibility - Add a Place Student option to the Eligible Students datatable that will create a new student experience

For starters, this would work the same way that student/guardian account provisioning works for other forms. The employer data fields would need to be named in a particular format on the form to allow us to gather the information needed to pair a student up with an employer/contact. This could also include other relevant data like start date, rate of pay, etc. When the Place Student button is pressed, show a modal window prompting for the user to select an employer/contact from a dropdown with suggested matches selected. Show a summary of the employer data from the form (if present) with a link to a help desk article on how to configure this option. If no data is present, they can still place the student by selecting an option. If employer/contact data is present, but no match found, provide an option to create them using this data.

Allow WBL eligibility form fields to be used to create an experience

    • When choosing a form as a WBL eligibility form, create field mapping rules to align each form field (by name in the template) to the data needed to build what is required to create a new experience.

      • Employer record (company name at minimum)

      • Employer Contact record (first name, last name, email at minimum)

      • WBL Experience record (WBL type at minimum, set start date to today)

    • Allow all other relevant options to be mapped as well.

    • Add an option to the eligibility datatable to Create Experience. We would then attempt to determine if the employer/contact are new or existing.

    • Give the user a confirmation screen to allow them to override the new/existing employer/contact information

Furthermore, have a setting to auto-approve the eligibility process if the form is completed and all of the required information for an experience is filled out. So, there could be a "are you currently employed" "If yes, what's the employer name" of course we know if they didn't submit an employer name, we cannot create an experience anyway. If not all information is submitted for an experience to be made, the eligibility needs approval, otherwise, auto-approve.

Use the address hash builder for employer matching and required employer address.
