Career Planning / Badges - Allow more advanced activity completion rules

Allow for complex rules (AND / OR) to be created for badges to be auto-awarded. For instance, if (Activity A was completed OR Activity B was completed OR Activity C was completed) AND Activity D was completed, grant students Badge 1.

Remove the existing All / Any activity and replace with rule creation.

Career Planning - Allow the awarding of multiple badges to trigger the awarding of a cumulative badge

This would need to allow for more complex rules (AND / OR) to be used. For instance, if Badge A was awarded OR Badge B was awarded OR Badge C was awarded AND Badge D was awarded, grant them Badge E.

Add a dynamic of “conditions” that are “or”. But each of the sets of conditions are “and”. So the example given will have one condition set of Activity A, B, and C. And another condition set with just Activity D.

Add a visual representation of what the logic means under the UI: "Award this badge when: (Activity A OR Activity B OR Activity C) AND Activity D"

Keep in mind someone may want to make this whole thing work backwards so (A, B, and C) or D.

So essentially entire logic conditions can be inversed.

Use labels like Complete Any or Complete All.
