WBL Observers unable to see experiences that are set to have a coordinator restriction
Teachers who have the observer permission assigned are not able to see the experiences under WBL. They have access to the students in other areas and are properly connected.

Experiences are set to only show to teachers if that teacher created the experience. This can be changed under Work-Based Learning → Settings → General settings
Linked to Users with the WBL Observer role should be able to see all WBL experiences even if they are assigned to a specific WBL coordinator
