Add Ability for Students to Track Project WBL Hours on their own schedules

Our students meet for 3 hours each week with me, the coordinator. This meeting counts towards their total WBL hours needed to graduate. I would like an extra option added under their schedule (in addition to experience and college visit) that would allow them to track these hours. I don’t want to create a new experience for each student that links them to the school as employer to track this. Currently a project based WBL type will probably work, but I would like the students to be able to add the hours themselves instead of me doing it.
