Project-Based WBL - Allow Students to self-track hours

This would ask them to choose a role, if applicable, and enter a description. Teachers could then approve or reject the hours. Allow students to scan a QR code to select the WBL type and role automatically if using the mobile app. Clock in/out functionallity could also be used.
