🐞 Data & Reporting Accuracy

  • Student Program Reporting: The student information report now correctly uses the student's active program instead of their most recent historical enrollment, ensuring current data is displayed.

  • WBL Event Report Fix: Resolved an issue where the WBL Event report was returning no results.

  • Corrected Contact Creation Date: Fixed the employer contact report to accurately display the contact's created on field, instead of the employer's.

  • Ethnicity Data Correction: Fixed an issue where all “Caucasian” students were incorrectly being set to Asian” ethnicity.

🔒 Administrative & Security

  • Prevent School Deletion: Added an error message to prevent the deletion of a sending school if there are user accounts attached to the record, requiring account deletion first.

  • Teacher Alert Logic: Teachers who were previously assigned to a student will no longer receive alerts for proposed grades on task lists they no longer maintain. We now validate teacher access to the task list before sending an alert.

  • Program Selector Fix: When selecting multiple students for a new WBL experience, you can now correctly select the associated program.

  • Employer Merge Fix: Fixed an issue where not all eligible employers were loading when attempting to merge two employer records.

📄 User Interface & Workflow

  • Clearer Signing Field: Changed the "Type Name" text to "Type Initials" in the SignMyForm workflow to better reflect the required input.

  • Post-Graduation View: Fixed an issue where pay stubs were not viewable in a student's WBL experience record after they graduated.

  • Form Selector Logic: Resolved an issue where the form selector for task lists was only showing program teachers, it now correctly includes teachers from SIS enrollments.

  • Label Field Population: Fixed an issue where names were not populating on labels in a completed form.

  • Application Submission Guardrail: Fixed an issue where students could submit applications that were not supposed to be started, only if they incorrectly entered a passkey for a different application type.

  • Global AI Search A new AI-powered search bar has been added to the top navigation menu, allowing for quick searches of Colleges, Clusters, Pathways, Occupations, or simply general pages/modules in Jobready360. Future enhancements will expand this search to include students and staff.

  • New Staff Permission Setting Administrators can now configure staff accounts to view only their specifically assigned students, providing greater control over student data privacy.

  • Permissions: For enhanced security, teacher and staff accounts no longer have portfolio access by default. The "Portfolio Viewer" role must now be explicitly assigned to grant access.

  • Printing: The navigation menu is now automatically hidden on all pages when printing, ensuring a clean, content-focused printout.

We updated both our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use to reflect our recent rebranding and use of Jobready360 instead of Eduready360. We also updated the language about Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide greater detail and stronger assurances regarding our use of AI.

We've transitioned our AI capabilities from OpenAI ChatGPT to Google Gemini. This strategic move empowers us to integrate cutting-edge AI features with even more robust enterprise-grade security and privacy controls, particularly for handling your data and, where applicable, sensitive student information.   • Streamlined Work Log Approvals: Coordinators can now directly approve or reject work logs, even when a student is required to submit a signature page. This removes a bottleneck and speeds up the approval process.

  • Automatic Time Rounding for Work Logs: To simplify payroll and reporting, student clock-in and clock-out times are now automatically rounded to the nearest quarter-hour (e.g., 8:07 AM becomes 8:00 AM, 8:08 AM becomes 8:15 AM).

  • Enhanced Document Scoping: You can now designate employer documents as either Employer-Wide (accessible to all contacts) or Contact-Specific. WBL statuses have been updated to reflect this new flexibility.

  • Work Log Reports with Clock-In/Out Times: All work log reports now include the specific clock-in and clock-out times for each entry, providing more detailed records.
