We have replaced badging with an in-house solution. On the global settings page under the integration tab, there are 3 fields under “Badging”. All 3 of those fields are required. We are working on documentation to guide people through that process with more indepth info. Badge images must be a 1:1 aspect ratio meaning they must be a square.

Rules to award badges needs to be more refined
Ideally, there should be a way to define multiple rules for the awarding of a badge. For instance…
Rule 1: you must complete all of these activities (select multiple).
Rule 2: you must complete at least one of these activities (select multiple).
Rule 3: you must have already achieved these badges (select multiple).
This would allow stacking of badges and more refined criteria and the current system doesn’t work for these scenarios.
