Add new dashboard widgets to view overall student progress on CCR components

Make the dashboard an analytics page. Tab the charts. Add reporting to the bottom. Make it so it generates the datatable right beside it without the queue list coming up but still allow that to be open to see historically generated reports.

Completion Rate of College Suggestion Activity:

• Chart Type: Donut Chart or Pie Chart

• Data: Number of students who completed the suggestion activity vs. number of students who started but didn't complete, and number who didn't start.

• Insight: Measures user engagement with the core functionality.
  

Application Status Breakdown (All Students / 12th Graders):
