Work Logs - Allow students to specify that the hours associated with a specific calendar entry should be ignored

This would allow students to specify that this was in-class work, they were absent, on vacation, that they have no work scheduled for the week, etc.

The question is if these items should still show on reports / work log approvals, etc. but with 0 hours associated.
