Work Log Verification Buffer is Not Applying to Work Logs Correctly

I have changed my buffer from 0 to 2.00 hours. However, it is not taking effect. For example, I have a student with 33.5 work log hours and 34.27 hours on the pay stub. The system is still saying that the hours do not match. When changing the buffer, the

edit saves, but I am getting the error attached.
