Work Log submission not finalizing and signature page not showing words

When students try to sign their work forms it brings up a page that looks like win dings (spelling?) font in Word-just a bunch of boxes. Students also reporting that when submitting the work log the page never finishes submitting so they are submitting multiple work logs back to back because they think it didn’t submit.
