When using the built-in CSV export of datatables, columns that contain multiple badges (ie. tags) should be delimited

Currently, if more than one badge exists, there is nothing to separate them so they are lumped together.

    Simply adding a space after the </span> in the datatable controller helps some, but ideally it would be nice to have some other delimiter like a | character.
