When using required forms and allowing teachers to manage their students, only show the forms that are relevant to the teacher

Currently, if separate forms are used for each Class, when a teacher logs in, they see all required forms with the Allow teachers to manage their student's submissions option set. Instead, if the Students - By Class option is used, the required form should only be show to teachers of that class. This is the way this works currently for Distributed Forms.
