When using "login-as," redirect to the index page

Currently, when using login-as it reloads the current page. If logging in as a student, for example, the page will refresh and you will be greeted with "Access Denied" since students do not have access to the Students page. This can be confusing for users and would be more user-friendly if login-as also redirected the user to the index page.
