When typing a signature into a form, the preview signature should be created as it is typed instead of after the input box loses focus

When you type a name for a signature, it does not generate the preview image until you click outside of the input box.  So what can happen is that if you try to click the Sign button directly, when the preview image is created, the window expands and the Sign button moves and is therefore not clicked.
