When the pay stub datatable is in responsive mode (small screen resolution or zoomed in) pay stubs cannot be approved

This is due to how the paystub id is determined. Console error indicates that pay_stub_approval_datatable_data is undefined.

Workaround for now is to zoom out until all data shows on one row.
