When students are entering Work Log calendar events, show a warning if the times appear to be incorrect

For instance, many students either do not pay attention or are not sure what the difference between AM and PM are. Oftentimes, 12:00 PM (noon) is incorrectly entered as 12:00 AM (midnight).

We should have a warning show for this specific instance as well as other potential problems (listed below). Additionally, we may want to prevent some of these from being submitted (like if the year is invalid).

  • Hours worked exceeds a certain number (ex. 8 hours)

  • Start time is before X time (ex. 5:00 AM) as WBL Type or global setting

  • End time is after X time (ex. 10:00 PM) as WBL Type or global setting

  • If times worked fields are added to an experience (similar to days of week) where a coordinator can enter times from a Training Agreement, warn if students try to enter a time outside of what was defined for the experience.

  • Year is invalid (ex. 0022 instead of 2022)

  • Prevent overlapping event times (duplicate/invalid events)

This could also be used to warn about potential child labor law violations (See related feature suggestion - https://feedback.eduready360.com/p/add-a-way-to-ensure-students-are-not-exceeding-maximum-work-hours-child-labor-laws)
