When sending invitation emails for WBL events or Advisory Board meetings, include a Google/Microsoft calendar invite and/or .ICS/.ICAL file

This would at least allow the invitee to add the event to their calendar.

To extend this even further, using Google/Microsoft calendar integrations the event could be linked to an event on the creator’s calendar to show RSVP responses of potential participants there. This could then take the place of, or work in conjunction with, the existing RSVP feature.
