When doing bulk scoring in Task Progress, add an option to use the proposed grades instead of the score in the select box

This would be helpful to essentially bulk approve all proposed grades for the selected students/tasks. The scores may be independent of each other this way.

    You must know that the student isn’t lying. By doing this, we cannot verify that. If this is a double-entry issue, we should consider integrating with the LMS.
