When doing Bulk Form Submissions, the Start Date and End Date selections should be a range of dates

For instance, I may only want to include experiences that started between date X and date Y. This would be helpful to determine if experiences with a start date set in the future should or should not be included.

Currently, the End Date is somewhat misleading.
