When choosing potential student participants for WBL Events, student groups should be used

This is the only place that student groups are not used and you are forced to build groups over and over again. Instead of all these settings, just add a student group selector and a manage button.

    Can an option for students with active WBL experiences be added when adding student groups as an option for event participants? For example, the New Haven WBL Coordinator often does seminars throughout the year with the students who are currently in WBL placements, and would like to be able to have all of those students participate.
