There is definitely an issue with this and it’s due to volume. There are so many PDF files that are trying to be compiled into one PDF that its crashing in the backend. While we work through this, is it not acceptable by the state to get these work logs as a CSV instead of having them in our PDF format?

Nevermind, I got it resolved. It will get stuck on 99% for a while as it generates the final download but it will finish after a few minutes.
