When adding WBL events and selecting employers, add an option to filter employer selection based on the WBL Opportunity types defined for the Employer/Contact

When adding a new WBL event, like field trip for instance, there should be an option to filter the employer selector to all employers who have that WBL Opportunity type assigned to them (at either the employer or contact level).
