Student is logged into the website on their phone. Up until about 2 weeks ago everything worked fine but now they aren’t able to click Update to add a description. The website is cutting it off or removing it. It does appear if they log in on the computer. Advised the student can use the mobile app as a ‘work around’ but not all students are allowed to download apps.
