WBLOpportunities - Nothing happening on page when a new user registers

If a new user goes to register for WBLopporunities.com, after they fully fill out the form and click the Register button, there is no change on the screen indicating that registration was successful.

    This was an issue with the email service giving an error. This is now resolved.
