WBL Training Agreement: Light Grey/Small Font in Fillable Fields

Customer reports difficulty reading text in the fillable fields of the 2026-27 Work Based Learning (WBL) Training Agreement. The font appears very light grey and small when fields are filled on-screen, making it hard to read. A screenshot was provided to illustrate the issue. The customer confirmed the downloaded PDF is readable, but the on-screen fillable boxes are problematic. The platform currently does not offer direct settings to adjust font color or size for these form fields, as the light grey is a fixed style. The customer has requested a product enhancement for better font and contrast control. Support has confirmed that this is current system behavior and a feature suggestion ticket can be submitted.
