WBL Opportunities - Allow employers to search for potential students (Paid Upgrade option)

Given employers the following options to find qualified students to hire:

• Age (once we start tracking this)

• Class (CTE Program)

• Industry Certifications Earned

• Keywords present in any text Portfolio or Best Work

  • For instance, searching for "welding" would match students that did a best work about welding and students that stated they like to do welding in their spare time, even if they are not enrolled in a Welding program.

Allow the employer to then view the student's public profile, mark the ones that are of interest to them, and send the student/school a job offer.
