We discussed and the user doesn’t have access to the student anymore and therefor should not have access to that on-site visit record. Since this user doesn’t have a class or students but is classified as a teacher, you should consider making them a staff user so they are only restricted based on school access, not classes.

The reason is because the user doesn’t have access to the student they created the on-site visit for. Should we ignore that setting when they are an observer? Should they not have been able to see these experiences in the first place? We need to talk about this more internally before resolving the root cause.
