WBL Events - Teachers are able to add All Students in a school

Bug Reports

Teachers do not have the ability to filter students in an event by their own class and when selecting All Students, it adds all students in the school rather than students they have access to.

Don’t hide options based on session selections of school/classes. All users must filter by at least one school. All teachers must filter by class or section.
