WBL Events - Filter Datatable Based on Class Selector

Currently, since events are not tied to a specific class/program, the Class Selector has no effect on the data table. Perhaps we can filter it down based on the program the event's creator is tied to?

    Add a setting to tie events to a class for reporting purposes.
