WBL Eligibility - Optional Resume

Feature Suggestions

I would like to have the ability to make the resume optional for students who are applying to participate in the WBL program. My reason is that internship unpaid job shadow students would use the same application and the required resume would hinder the application process.

The resume is requested but it is already not required. The resume is only required when applying to a job opportunity.
