WBL Eligibility Forms-Conditional (and or As Needed)

If a student completes the eligibility form, it would be nice to have some “As Needed” or “Conditional” options BEFORE approving the student.

For example: A student applies for WBL Eligibility, and some students need CTE Teacher approval and some don’t. Same for Counselor approval. I want these forms to still be part of the Eligibility process, not Enrollment, but don’t want students to be required to “Start Form” if they don’t need it. And really, don’t want them to see it, if it’s not needed.

Instead the WBL Coordinator could “Start Form” if needed.

    Here would be a GREAT place. On the Criteria make the options: Acceptable, Insufficient, N/A (if not required) and “Start Form” (if needed).
