WBL Eligibility - Currently if you reject a student's Eligibility there is no way to see a list of Ineligible Students

This is a bit of a bug because they no longer show under Pending or Complete. They just disappear. Some schools require students to submit a form that is not only used for general eligibility but also for getting a placement with an employer approved. If one or the other is approved by overall it is denied, they would like to be able to see the status of those students that may just need help finding an employer placement.
