Customer is experiencing two issues within the Work-Based Learning (WBL) module: 1. **'Current PDF' Feature Issue**: When attempting to view a current training agreement by clicking the 'Current PDF' button, the system re-opens the WBL window without displaying the form. The customer confirmed that allowing pop-ups for Jobready360 did not resolve this looping behavior. Initial bot diagnosis suggested a pop-up blocker. A workaround suggested was to use the 'View' button on completed forms. 2. **'In-Person Signature' Feature Issue**: The customer also reported encountering an 'Error 401' when attempting to use the 'in person signature' feature, preventing its use.
