WBL Coordinator unable to view experiences for their school

WBL Coordinator/staff shares the same permissions with another coordinator/staff at her school and yet can only see two student experiences. Other students at her school only have leave blank or the other coordinator as options to assign to them. No idea why this first coordinator isn’t showing at all.
