These forms will be tied to a student record and won’t need to be completed for each WBL experience a student does, i.e. W-9, Direct Deposit authorizations, medical forms, etc.
Create an eligibility form that automatically files the completed PDF into a student document. Make that student document required for the WBL type. Then the student will be able to log in to complete that form.
