Using the Class selector when viewing required forms is confusing since it has no effect

Admins and Staff (using All Forms toggle) should see an alert that using the class selector does not act as a filter for forms. This is due to the nature of how the forms are being tracked. A required form is not tied to a particular class. Even though a form can be required by students or teachers of a particular class or classes, it could also have other assignments and it would be very difficult to filter on this.
