Uploaded images disappear in Asset Management

Customer reports that images uploaded to the Asset Management section of disappear after refreshing the page or navigating away and returning. **Steps to Reproduce:** 1. Hover over the camera icon in Asset Management. 2. Select 'add image'. 3. Choose an image file (e.g., JPG, 621x583). 4. The picture appears on the screen. 5. After navigating off the screen and returning, or refreshing the page, the image is gone. **Details:** - The issue is reproducible by the customer and another teacher account. - Customer is using Chrome browser. **Troubleshooting Attempted by Customer/Bot:** - Confirmed image is JPG, 621x583. - Pop-up blocker was turned off. - Customer attempted suggested steps including ensuring upload completion, checking file size/type, disabling extensions, clicking 'Save', using Incognito Mode, and checking F12 Console for errors, all without success. **Support Replicated* successfully replicated the issue by uploading a test image. - The uploaded image disappeared after a page refresh. - Support also observed an 'Image Not found' error when attempting to delete the image, even when it was visually present before disappearing.
