Update StatusPage.io with new trackers and embed into application

The core application ID needs to be changed from 9vqtls8pb4wx to 85msrjvmb9h8. SignMyForm should also be using this ID: 8v5gk0fwc8b7.

Public view is available at: https://eduready360.statuspage.io/ and will be used as part of updated SLA.

Paste this code snippet as the last item in the page body. Test that your status embed is deployed by running the command statusEmbedTest() from the dev tools tools console in your browser.
