Update Required Form Status Report
To better assist us with our reporting we’d like you to please:
Add Student Number: Include a student ID column in the Form Status report
Smart Filtering: Automatically hide "Cancelled" statuses if a "Complete" form exists for that student.
Add assigned date range.
