I tried running the export with a graduation year selected and it did not pull in inactive students.

Could there be an option to include inactive students in the report?

This is intentional. Schools that have had the software for many years do not want to see all of the students that were ever at the school. When you don’t select a graduation year, it shows grade level <=13. If you choose the graduation years, it will show all students from those graduation years regardless of whether or not they are graduated.
