Unexpected error randomly occurs on page load

Page loads are resulting in an HTTP status 411.

The HTTP 411 status code, also known as "Length Required", indicates that a server cannot accept a request without a valid Content-Length header. This error can occur when a client, such as a user's web browser, sends a request to a server without including the Content-Length header.
