Under evidence comments

under evidence comments, once too many comments are made the students or the teacher cannot scrool down to see the comments or evidence and we cannot delete bad or older evidence to clean uo the area. Can the scrool be lengthened? Can access be given for the teacher to be able to delete comments that are in the wrong place or just wrong?
