Turn off Emails of Completed Forms for Specific Signers

Add an option for specific signers of forms to NOT receive an email copy of a completed form. For example, the Director/Principal of the school does not need an email copy of every Training Agreement he signs. (He can view them in Jobready 360 at any time. Per the state of Michigan, he must sign them.) This floods email of some individuals. This individual does want emails for forms he needs to sign - so he is unable to “unsubscribe” or block all emails.
